What Numero offers, and how to pick the better deal

• Local, regional and global eSIMs: one country, several countries in a region, or a global eSIM that works in around 120 countries, so one eSIM can cover a multi-country trip.
• Full eSIM: data plus a second number, SMS and calling minutes, covering 80+ countries according to the app listing.
• Virtual numbers: numbers from many countries including the USA, plus virtual landlines and toll-free business numbers. A free US number is available through the Free Coins Center under conditions, and it does not support WhatsApp.
• International calls: internet calling bundles to mobiles and landlines, with call forwarding and caller ID hiding; the person you call does not need the app.

Delivery, renewals and payment

Numero is fully digital, so nothing is shipped. The app is free to download, and plans and numbers are bought in the app or on the website.

• Number terms: numbers are sold for 1, 3 or 12 months, and auto-renewal is on by default, so turn it off if you no longer need the number.
• Cancelling: how you cancel depends on how you paid: through your App Store account, in the app for Stripe or Numero Money, or on the website.
• Payment: through the app store, Stripe or Numero Money in the app, or the Numero website.

Why might the code not work?

• A code may behave differently on the website and on in-app purchases made through an app store; try the other channel.
• The code may apply only to certain services, such as eSIM plans but not numbers.
• The code may have a usage limit or an expiry date.
• Only one code may be accepted per order.
